Flat-rate expedited parcel shipping and handling of $14.99 applies to most orders <$109.99. Oversized shipping and handling may be applied to large or heavy items at checkout ($33.89).
Free shipping applies to most orders $109.99+. The value of Direct Shipping and Flat Pack Leaves do not contribute toward the order minimum.
Flat-rate letter mail shipping and handling of $4.99 applies to jewelry orders.

Epp 'n Flow Aquariums is dedicated to continually improving packaging options to utilize eco-friendly (reusable or biodegradable) packaging materials when possible.

If you change your mind about a purchase, or are dissatisfied with a product, please contact Epp 'n Flow Aquariums immediately (within 14 days) to return unused product for a refund or exchange, less shipping or delivery costs. Direct Shipping return claims expire after 14 days.

Used and consignment items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned. Livestock and plants are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

Please allow 2-4 days for order fulfillment. Contact for same/next day options.

If your order cannot be filled to completion within a reasonable time (7 days) you will be contacted immediately with optional substitutions or order cancellations.
