There are learning curves in this hobby that are easier climbed with help, and we can provide that second opinion with Video Consultations. - Visual assessment of current aquatic system over online video conference (Zoom, etc.) and review of your preventative maintenance routine. - Discuss ongoing concerns and questions about the system, fish, and plant health and long term vision. - Includes written action plan with improvement recommendations (within 36 hours). *Recruited expert consultant personnel have extensive experience in fish keeping, and are keen to provide knowledgeable advice and solutions to problems, but are not veterinarians and do not claim to provide veterinarian care. *Should there be an pet EMERGENCY, contact an exotic VETRINARIAN immediately.
Cancellation Policy
